The school engages all students in planning for life after graduation.
An in-depth description of the Pride Program, a program at an urban Chicago charter school. Students are grouped into small cohorts, led by a Pride leader all four years who teaches a curriculum that addresses the specific needs faced by their students. There is a different Pride theme for each year of high school: in 9th grade the theme is a successful transition from elementary to high school, 10th is identity development and self-awareness, 11th is college readiness, and 12th is college success. This document includes related resources and curriculums.
