Organized into four sections of Collaboration: Identification and Evaluation, Engagement with Potential Collaborators, Nurturing Relationships, and Debriefing and Reflection; each section includes a description and corresponding activities.

A collection of ILT meeting agendas from early in the school year in which the ILT was engaged in building their knowledge and skill of instructional rounds. The second agenda is designed to help ILT teams debrief joint observations in a collaborative way.
